Entrance Beautification Communication Progression

- November 17, 2025 - HOA Board of Directors met in person. The budget and design ideas were discussed. 

- November 28, 2025 - Rosa met with the owners of the lanscaping company's owners. They went over the entrace area, and discussed the ideas previously talked about among BOD. Marcela, owner of landscaping company, will email costs for different services. 

- December 8, 2025 - Marcela provided cost information. Rosa shared the informaton with Althea and Lucia. Cost and budge were reviwed and all Board of Directors are in agreement to move forward with the project. 

- December 16-24, 2025 - homeowers who have properties along the fence were informed that the community fence will be repaired and painted, and were asked to please remove any vegetation on the rence. Permision was obtained from 2 homeowners, to paint the back side of a shed and to paint the back side of a current fence. 

- January 2026 -  Fence repaired and painted, and water spickett installation, provided weather conditions are appropiate.
