My name is Lucia Maldonado. I am happily married for 36 years. My husband Pablo and I have two beautiful daughters. We bought our house in this neighborhood in the Summer of 2001. Even though I have a degree in Journalism, my true passion has been the health field, with correspondent certifications. This passion has taken me to currently work with Agape Hospice Care as a Volunteer Coordinator, job that I truly love.
I would like to join the Board of Directors to help with all the initiatives to improve our neighborhood, and to strongly enforce code compliance.
My name is Tasya Johnson. I am mother of 2 sons and 1 bonus daughter.
I have served the Twin Brook community as a member of the HOA Board since 2023. My family and I have been proud residents of this neighborhood since 2005.
I am passionate about fostering an inclusive and transparent environment. My goal is to address concerns with a fair and open mind, and work collaboratively to make our neighborhood even better. I look forward to working alongside my fellow residents to preserve the character of our community and build a strong future for all of us.
Hi - I have been serving on the Twin Brooks Board since August 2023. Over the past year, has en I have enjoyed meeting more neighbors and working together to improve our community. I coordinated pinestraw installation and identified a new weed control company and landscaper that will reduce our annual expenses. I enjoy keeping the community updated by managing the email campaigns — if you haven’t signed up yet, please do so to receive the most recent information.
I think it is important for the Board to understand our covenants and help educate the community. I work full time and oversee marketing, sales, budgeting, and team management. I hope to encourage more homeowner involvement and continue making Twin Brooks a place we are all proud to call home.
Hi neighbors, is Rosa. When I started serving our community in 2018, you shared concerns and ideas with me. I listened and worked on getting results done.
Under my leadership new stops signs were installed, we improved safety by installing speed bumps, added lights to the entrance and I call Jackson Electric to repair street lights when needed.
This year I worked with Gwinnett County to installed a No Parking Sign, and consistently work with Gwinnett County Police to enforce the No Parking Sign. I also made a request to the county to repair part of the sidewalk at 250 Twin Brook Way.
Thank you for your trust and support. I look forward to continuing working to improve our community.
Rosa Gutierrez
