My name is Althea McFarlane, and I am thrilled to run for re-election to the Twin Brooks subdivision Board of Directors. Having lived in our wonderful community for six years, I have developed a deep love for this neighborhood and a strong, positive relationship with many of you.
My experience serving on the board this past year has been truly amazing, and I was absolutely delighted to step into this role to serve you. I am eager to continue our momentum, listen to your ideas, and work hard to keep Twin Brooks a beautiful, safe, and welcoming place for all of us. I would be honored to receive your vote!
Hi neighbors. Since 2018, when my neighbor across the street and I started our HOA meetings you have shared your ideas and concerns to improve our community. I listened and worked on getting results done.
With your support and my desire to serve our community, we have accomplished the following community improvements:
-New stops signs were installed in all streets
-Speed bumps and Installation of No Parking sign improving driving conditions
-Entrance Beautification, maintenance contracting, and personally installing an irrigation system
-Memorial and Labor Day acknowledgement by placing USA flags at the entrance
-Graduation acknowledgment recognizing graduates and giving the banner to a student
-Yard of the Month acknowledgement
-Added payment methos for your convenience
-Tax Records reviewed
-Added payment methods for your convenience
-Significantly improving the appearance and driving conditions of our community by contracting with a management company
-Transformers Updates- collaborating with Jackson Electric to maintain transformers in our community in a great condition
