- November 17, 2025 - HOA Board of Directors met in person. The budget and design ideas were discussed.
- November 28, 2025 - Rosa met with the owners of Bloom Landscaping. They went over the entrance area, and discussed the ideas previously talked about among BOD. Marcela, owner of landscaping company, will email costs for different services.
- December 8, 2025 - Marcela provided cost information. Rosa shared the information with Althea and Lucia. Cost and budge were reviewed and all Board of Directors are in agreement to move forward with the project.
- December 2025 - homeowners who have properties along the fence were informed that the community fence will be repaired and painted, and were asked to please remove any vegetation on the fence. Permission was obtained from homeowners, to paint the back side of a shed and to paint the back side of current fences.
The contact information for Bloom Landscaping has been provided to homeowners. A couple homeowners have contact them to assist with removing the vegetation.
- January - March 2026 - Fence repaired and painted, and water spigot installation, provided weather conditions are appropriate.
- January 9th, our water account was activated.
- January 16th, Board of Directors finalized the planning for the project to move forward installing rock instead of mulch on the sign side.
- January 17th, water spigot was installed.
- January 29th, sod was installed on the side of the wall.
- February 2nd, homeowner at 585 was contacted and asked if we could transplant their 9 small Emerald Green Arborvitae to the other side of the fence. This would allow more sun light for the trees helping them grow and provide privacy to homeowner, and it will save the community money.
- February 4th, installation of stone started.
- February 9th, Emerald Green Arborvitae Trees were purchased and were planted during the following days.
- March 7th, the entrance Beautification Project was finalized. We will continue to check on maintenance and small adjustments may be made as needed. Myself and our neighbor at the entrance will water the plants/trees.
- March, Rosa installed a irrigation system on the side of the sign to water the plants and trees. Another neighbor agreed to water the 2 trees by is property. Another neighbor donated 2 water hoses which were given to the neighbor to water the trees.
- April, 3 bushes and one dead tree behind the bulletin board were removed. We asked the landscaping company to add azaleas on the sides of the bulletin board to cover the water spigot and create a nice "fence" along the fence, bulleting board and holly tree.
- In the last 2 months we have been working on fully finalizing the entrance project. We are working with the landscaping company as lilies that were supposed to been removed were not removed and those lilies been growing through the grass and rocks. Also the planting of plants along the bulleting board were not done according to our instructions. The water spigot was damaged by the landscaping company while working. There has been some unexpected situations but we are working on resolving them.
- May 14th, I just came from watering and reinstalling the irrigation system.





We worked with Gwinnett County Department of Transportation to install a No Parking Sign.
